Employee (m/f/d) Internal Sales
groku Kunststoffe GmbH, a third-generation family business, is a fully automated producer of plastic buckets. With 180 employees, our plant in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock is one of the largest single plants in its sector in Europe. - Recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system
- General customer correspondence on the phone and by e-mail
- Coordination and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Article and customer master data maintenance
- Supporting existing customers with regard to stocks, delivery dates, stock lists and blanket orders
- Support with special tasks
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- At least two years of experience in internal sales or in a comparable administrative position
- High service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills in German, English and ideally another foreign language
- Structured, independent way of working and a high degree of flexibility
- Team spirit, reliability and enjoyment of proactive work
- Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA desirable
