Shift Manager (m/f/d) Production
groku Kunststoffe GmbH, a third-generation family business, is a fully automated producer of plastic buckets. With 180 employees, our plant in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock is one of the largest single plants in its sector in Europe. - Planning the daily deployment of personnel and personnel management
- Induction, training and development of new employees
- Conducting employee complaint meetings
- Ensuring, monitoring and optimizing production in terms of article quality, quantity, availability and costs
- Initiating and controlling the necessary measures to rectify faults in production systems
- Support for our quality assurance
- Control and release of order changes
- Monitoring cleanliness and order in the entire production area as well as safety/accident prevention regulations and operating instructions
- Implementation of recurring training courses and instructions
- Cross-departmental cooperation with various departments such as production planning & scheduling
- Successfully completed technical vocational training
- Technical studies with a focus on production/plastics technology desirable
- Several years of professional experience in industrial production including employee management
- Willingness to work alternating shifts (early/late/night shift)
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Solution and decision-making skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Assertiveness paired with very good communication skills
- MS Office and ERP knowledge, ideally in SAP S/4HANA
- A permanent position
